This is the Labourman.com platform agreement to terms and conditions of operation.

Your Labourman.com Account
You may need a Labourman.com account or identification number through your registration in order to use access or request some or all of our services, products or supports. You may create and or register for your own labourman.com account, or your account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution or corporate bodies. If you are using a Labourman.com account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
To protect your Laourman.com account, keep your password or identity code very confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Labourman.com account. Ensure you keep you Labourman.com identity code and or password safe and protected. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or Labourman.com account or identity code, please ensure you follow these set of instructions and processes.

If you registered on the Labourman.com platform, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on the Labourman.com platform or on third-party applications connected to your our Labourman.com platform. (Examples are feedback, comments, reviews which you write and comments you post) in our platform or about our products, services or support, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect some of the choices you make in our platform for services, products or supports. We have highlighted some of these in our privacy policy.

About our Products, Services, Supports and Software
The Labourman.com platform provides you access to products, services, supports or customers as well as clients through online or direct calls( through the Labourman .com call centre, service centre, phone calls, emails and or text messaging or messenger systems or services). Your use of these service, products or supports confirms that you have agreed to conduct your activities using our system or platform legally and as provided by the law without resort to any misconducts, fraud or illegality by the use of this platform. Any reports, discovery or notices of illegality, misconducts, fraud or act of dishonesty, insincerity, irregularity or otherwise in using our platform subject to the provisions of the relevant laws or regulation will be reported to appropriately security or relevant agencies or organization for investigations and or prosecution. Labourman.com will cooperate and or comply with any responsible relevant agency, organizations or law enforcement bodies to effectively prosecute any of these acts of misconduct if discovered. Users or our services, product or support must comply with relevant laws or regulation where applicable in performance of the duties, utilization of the products services or supports. If a request or requests involves, requires and or includes download of software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available.
Labourman.com gives you a personal, worldwide free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Labourman.com as part of the products, services or supports. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Labourman.com products, services or support as provided by Laboourman.com, a manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content included in the software, nor may you reverse, re-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless you have our written permission.
There has been open source software that was used in our platform that may be offered under an open source license that will be made available to you. Some provisions in the open source license may expressly override some of these terms.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
Our platform is being constantly changed and modified to improve on the provision of our products, services or supports. At any time without prior notice, we may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop some features on the platform for products, service or supports.
You will be free to stop using our services at any time provided you meet all your obligation in any of the commitment you have made in requesting, subscribing and or ordering of products services or supports through our platform. We do not warranty performance failures due to your inability to use or understand the use of the product, service or support we have provided. We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer, customer or subscriber for services, products or supports. For the use of our platform for private or personal purposes, nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The courts in some countries will not apply Nigerian law to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of those countries, then where Nigerian law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, you agree that the laws of your country., excluding Nigerian’s choice of law rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. Similarly, if the courts in your country will not permit you to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Nigeria, then your local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Nigeria, and you and Labourman.com consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Having selected “ I agree” or “I accept” or “I consent” as the case may as you the register on this platform you have automatically agreed in its entirety the terms and condition of the usage, provision of services, products or support of Labourman.com.

When you sign up or register and as you get confirmation of registration, you have automatically signed on your agreement to this terms and conditions.
The “Service”, “products” or “Support” refers to the information, or actual physical work or activities or materials we are providing to you in satisfying our obligation to you through this platform or other means including internet, e-mailing system, mobile devices, phones, facsimile and associated. Information and or visits of our agents, representatives and or works perform by them for you.
