In this service type, the service subscriber(customer- requester request and indicates for the services that they need to be rendered directly at home or within the location. The Labourman ”serviceman” visits the subscriber(customer’s) location and or home to deliver the service and or support so requested. The service is tracked and monitored by the Labourman services desk and service centre to ensure that service is fully and satisfactorily delivered.
Services can be requested online, by email or by text message to a designated number as the case may be. All services and or support requests are acknowledged before a labourman or services men are assigned to deliver the service. To request for any service you must register and obtain a service requester’s number which is unique to identify customers. Once you have a service requester’s number you will be able to request for service on the fly. All services requests are free unless otherwise specified in the service request form. All service are rendered according to agreed Terms and Conditions.
